Attitude of Gratitude

I was talking with a friend of mine who is going through a rough time financially.  We’ve all been there, haven’t we?

When I woke up this morning, I thought about my friend and how he could make things better.

A lot of us go about our way, telling folks that everything is fine when it isn’t.  It’s good to be positive with the world around us, but what’s most important is how we feel inside.

What has always helped me is to write down a list of at least 5 things I’m grateful for everyday.  I can feel it in my heart when I express this gratitude and it puts me in a hopeful state of mind.

If we could all live in an attitude of gratitude and lead by example, just think how this would affect not only your own world but everyone around you.
